Rapid DOT provides occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations and related compliance services.

All services are subject to provider availability and applicable regulations.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rapid DOT. These messages are sent for the purpose of:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders (typically 2 messages before an appointment)

  • Post-visit follow-ups (typically 1 message after an appointment)

  • DOT renewal reminders (1–4 messages depending on eligibility timing)

  • Occasional service-related or marketing messages (only if opted in)

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and service needs.

3. SMS Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages through:

  • Online scheduling forms (Calendly or website booking tools)

  • Verbal consent during appointment scheduling

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving services.

4. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
