FASTER PHYSICALS
Unlike traditional medical offices and urgent care facilities, you will not have to wait to see the doctor. You will be seen at your scheduled appointment time. In fact most people are in-and-out the door in 30 minutes or less.
NO SICK CARE
Unlike the urgent care and minute clinic alternatives, we do NOT provide sick care or COVID testing or vaccines. This means you don't have to worry about putting yourself at an additional risk at your DOT physical.
BETTER HOURS
We provide driver-friendly appointment times that fit around the traditional workday. Choose from early morning, later evening and even Saturday availability. We’re open weekdays 7am-7pm and Saturdays.

Here Are A Few FAQs We Get A Lot

Yes, all DOT physicals are by appointment only. Under the current Salem COVID mandates, we are not able to accept walk-ins at this time. If you need an ASAP same day appointment, please call our office and we’ll squeeze you in.

Everyone is required to bring a photo ID (drivers license). If you wear glasses to drive, bring them. Few medical conditions, namely sleep apnea, diabetes, heart procedures and requires additional paperwork as well.

In the office we accept cash, card or company checks. We do not accept personal checks. If you choose to prepay online or over the phone for the prepay discount, you can pay be card.

No. The urinalysis that is part of the DOT physical only checks for sugar, blood or protein in your urine. We do not have the capability to provide an employer-sponsored drug test.

Yes, there is a large 100+ spot parking lot directly adjacent to our building.

Yes, you can. The state through which you have your driver’s license has no bearing on where you are able to get a DOT physical.

Yes, we upload your information to the national registry. If you hold a MA CDL, we also offer an optional add-on (+$20 admin fee) to submit your self certification to the MA RMV on your behalf.
