Rapid DOT Physicals
Saves You Time & Money.
You don’t need a lecture. You don’t need a 2-hour wait. You don’t need to sit in a giant healthcare system pretending your 15-minute DOT physical is a “comprehensive wellness experience.”
You just need your DOT medical card — done quickly, correctly, and without the hassle.
That’s exactly what we do. For as low as $79 (here only!).
Fair Pricing
Why pay more for the exact same thing at one of those large corporate clinics. At Rapid DOT, we charge a price that is fair to you and us.
No Sick People
We don’t treat sore throats, coughs or the flu. We specialize in only DOT physicals, so you don’t have to worry about putting yourself or your family at an additional risk.
No Waiting
Skip the urgent care clinic wait times at Rapid DOT. We’ll get you in-and-out the door quickly with your brand new DOT medical card in hand.
No Ancillary Testing
No drug tests, no EKGs, no lift tests .. Just the federally mandated DOT physical as it’s meant to be.
Federally Doctors
All our providers are federally authorized to provide DOT physicals to any US resident. Plus, whenever we’re open, they’re here.
Convenient Hours
We’re open early, late and even some weekends. That way you don’t have to take an entire afternoon off just to get your DOT card.
Save BIG at Rapid DOT
Rapid DOT is the #1 Urgent Care Alternative for DOT physicals. See how our pricing compares to the corporate competition.
Rapid DOT also eliminates the sunk opportunity cost. There’s no more wasting an entire afternoon in a waiting room when you could be out in the field making money or enjoying your day off. The benefits of choosing Rapid DOT go way beyond the price.
An affordable solution for owner-operators & small businesses
We started our business without any outside funding and you probably did too. We know money is precious and that the DOT physical is a mandatory expense for you to stay compliant and continue to work. That’s why Rapid DOT is intentionally affordable to owner-operators, small businesses just starting up and job applicants.
Small, laminated wallet-sized DOT cards
No more folding a full sheet medical card 8 times so it fits in your wallet. At Rapid DOT we offer laminated DOT cards that can slide right behind your license in your wallet and also withstand the grime of the job. (We’ll also give you a big copy that you can send the state to renew your license.)
But don’t just take our word for it..
These individuals have tried our corporate competition in the past and they say Rapid DOT is better.
It’s not “us v. them”
It’s “us v. wasting time & money”

100% Legit. In business since 2020. All providers are FMCSA-certified. We’ve priced this offer significantly below market value because we are trying to grow this location.

The Haverhill Rapid DOT is located at 379 Main Street, Haverhill, MA 01830 (inside of Arsenault Chiropractic) . We are located 5 minutes off of 495. Our building is to the right of Dudley Plaza (where the 7-11 is).
-
The providers at Rapid DOT are federally authorized through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association to provide physicals to any resident of any state in the US. Our office routinely sees drivers and operators from New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York and beyond!
-
To avoid any delay in receiving a DOT medical card, you’ll want to bring a few things to your appointment, including (if applicable):
>Driver’s license (or other form of photo ID)
>Glasses and/or contacts
>Hearing aids
>A full bladder (for the basic urinalysis – not a drug test)
>Medication list
>Most recent Ha1C (if a diabetic)
>Form MCSA-5870 if an insulin-dependent diabetic
>CPAP compliance log (if diagnosed with sleep apnea)
>Additional paperwork/medical clearances may be needed if you have a history of heart disease, stroke, seizures or other neurological disorders). -
No. The urinalysis that is a part of the DOT exam is strictly a screen for any sugar, blood of protein in one’s urine. The urinalysis is used to identify any potential uncontrolled diabetes or kidney conditions that may be underlying and affect the driver’s safety.
That said, if you also need a drug test, let us know! We can do that too.
-
No. Insurance will not cover a DOT physical. Some FSA and HSA may, but it’s best to check first.
-
A DOT medical card can be valid for up to a maximum of two years. Some medical conditions do restrict a medical card to less time. The most common reasons for a reduced medical card are hypertension, diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea and heart disease.
It’s imperative to renew a DOT medical card before it expires or one risks hefty fines and/or getting a vehicle “pulled off the road.” Massachusetts CDL holders also risk getting their commercial license downgraded to a Class D driver’s license with a lapsed medical card.
-
If your DOT medical card expires, you are restricted from operating. If you are a CDL holder, your license will be downgraded to a Class D license within a few days. If a full year passes, and you do not reinstate your CDL, you will be required to retake the CDL permit and road tests (and pay the necessary fees).
-
Yes – certain medical conditions such as uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled sleep apnea, uncontrolled diabetes and certain cardiovascular conditons may prevent a driver from passing the DOT.
In most cases, these conditions can be controlled with medications or a CPAP (for sleep apnea) and would them not pose a problem for one passing the physical.
If you have any questions regarding your specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact our office for more details.
-
No. Only providers who are certified medical examiners through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association are authorized to perform DOT physicals.
All providers at Rapid DOT Physicals are federally authorized to perform physicals to anyone with driver’s license or passport.

Here’s exactly what to expect at your
Rapid DOT Physical
When you schedule a Rapid DOT physical to renew your hoisting license, you will receive a text confirmation of your appointment. Within that text you will receive easy-to-follow directions to our Haverhill office. You’ll easily be able to find parking in our private parking lot directly behind our building.
At Rapid DOT we have a simple 3-step process to keep your appointment as hassle-free as possible. The entire DOT exam (at our office) lasts less than 30 minutes from start to finish.
Step #1: The Federal Paperwork
You’ll begin by completing the first two pages of the Medical Examination Report Form (aka the “long form”). This should take no more than five minutes.
On this form you’ll be asked things like…
> Have you ever had any surgeries?
>Are you currently taking any medications?
>Do you have any cardiovascular problems, kidney issues, hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea, etc…?
Step #2: The DOT Medical Exam
The exam portion is where the doctor will review and clarify any of your answers to the paperwork portion that you completed. Then, he will conduct a brief basic physical exam.
The exam lasts less than 20 minutes and includes things like..
>Urinalysis: You will be asked to provide a urine sample. THIS IS NOT A DRUG TEST. Instead it’s a screen for uncontrolled diabetes and any underlying kidney issues.
>A check of vitals including blood pressure, vision and hearing.
>General Systems Review: A quick scan of your cardiovascular, pulmonary and neuromusculoskeletal health.
Step #3: The DOT Medical Card
Once your exam is completed and meets the requirements of the FMSCA, you will receive your DOT medical card.
The DOT card will have all the information you need for the following licenses:
>Commercial driver’s license (CDL) for any state.
>Hoisting/Hydraulics Engineer License
